Express Shipping
• Delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on location
Melbourne Pick-Up Option
Live in Melbourne? You can pick up your order at our pop-up store in Melbourne Central—free of charge!
• We’ll notify you by email or SMS when your order is ready
• Just bring your confirmation email when picking up.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At B&C, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on facial masks unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
